Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor, Level 4 NDEA and OCDEA. Since qualifying in 1992 as a Chartered Surveyor, he has gained a broad range of experience across a variety of real estate market sectors including: domestic and non-domestic energy assessments for EPC’s and Building Regulations Part L compliance; BREEAM assessments and consultation; dwelling condition surveys; valuations on domestic & commercial real estate; rent reviews and lease renewals, domestic and commercial property marketing and sales negotiation and portfolio management.
