We feature in The Times Raconteur Proptech Report

At the end of November, The Times released their Raconteur Proptech report and we are thrilled to say that we feature a number of times throughout the report. The report aims to explore why digital disruption has progressed so slowly in the sector and whether having a chief technology officer in property companies will bring about the necessary mindset shift.

We’ve been featured in the following articles:

Giving owners the keys to sustainability – With climate change having dramatic effects on our built environment, proptech tools are now being launched to help property managers and tenants address energy efficiency and meet sustainable building goals.

arbnco is the first organisation to be mentioned in this article with a great introduction:

“One such technology currently taking off is property manager software, which is central to improving the the energy performance of buildings. A pioneer is Scotland-based arbnco that has a database platform which analyses, tracks and benchmarks building energy consumption data to enable organisations to identify energy savings and to aid retro-fitting.”

Proptech is the future, not a fad – In this article the help of proptech to boost the health and welfare of local housing tenants is being carried out in Leeds City Council and the City of York. Backed by Innovate UK, the scheme seeks to improve living standards and air quality, by monitoring humidity and detecting damp in homes.

This is a project we’ve been contributing to as part of the GovTech Catalyst programme and our arbn well solution will be used to understand indoor environmental conditions within council housing stock. The full article on this project can be found here.

The Times Raconteur report is a very prestigious report and to have our company mentioned in this is a true achievement.
