What to expect in the webinar?

The webinar gives an overview of the MEES regulations, focusing specifically on exemptions and the 7 year payback requirement and looking at it through the obvious route of demonstrating MEES exemptions, the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM).

It includes the following:

  • How simply replacing one retrofit improvement measure with another, without amending the default values under SBEM, will undervalue the impact of the retrofit.
  • How arbn consult shortcuts changing values in SBEM which would have to be done on a zone by zone basis.
  • How arbn consult is an effective and expeditious decision support tool with regards to analysing MEES exemption, by providing realistic contemporary efficiencies.
