Swathi Bhamidipati – Director of Sales
Swathi has worked in Business Development, Sales and Marketing roles and has over 14 years of experience in Distribution, Leadership and Management of direct accounts, and C&I Building experience with high end consumers such as Home Depot, Loews, and Walmart.
She is an LED Lighting Specialist with Global, National and Regional Sales experience along with Horticulture Lighting Sales. Swathi studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Auckland University of Technology and specialised in Building Systems and Illumination Engineering. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management and Applications Engineering for various big budget projects based in California and all over the US
Wendy Gumb – Director of Sales
Wendy has over 20 years of experience in the utility infrastructure sector. She has focused on organic growth of new markets and in new regions through the development and implementation of complex energy financed solutions through utilising a variety of acquisition methods, primarily throughout the Western U.S. Examples of some of the acquisition methods are: DOE Super ESPC, Enhanced Use Leasing, Utility Energy Service Contracting, Design/Build, Power Purchase Agreements, Lease-Leaseback, Performance Contracting, and GSA Schedules.
Wendy’s career started with service in the United States Navy and has spanned into serving energy start-ups to Chevron Energy Solutions, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Chevron, a Fortune 100 Company).
Wendy joined arbnco in 2019 to focus on the next era of energy as a service and empower asset managers to leverage data to make better informed decisions for the built environment.
